The main bedroom is generously sized and includes a versatile area that can serve as a workspace or dressing corner. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom is fitted with two single beds. Both rooms share access to a bathroom that includes a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. Fresh linen and towels are provided for guests’ comfort.; ; The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and a selection of cutlery and crockery. A hot beverage station adds a welcoming touch, and a centrally placed dining table creates a pleasant setting for meals. The kitchen flows into a lounge area that features comfortable seating, making it a practical and inviting space to relax.; ; A private balcony provides an additional spot to unwind, while guests also enjoy access to a dedicated parking bay. Within the secure complex, facilities include a swimming pool with an adjoining picnic area, as well as a communal laundry room fitted with coin-operated machines. Around-the-clock security is in place, with on-site guards and surveillance cameras monitoring the majority of communal areas and the perimeter.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

No parties of any kind are permitted, including events such as hen or stag parties.
No loud music or loud noises allowed, particularly in the corridor areas.
No trailers allowed.
Only 1 parking bay is assigned, bay 50.
No smoking in the apartment.
Regrettably, no pets are allowed.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially when using the swimming pool.
The laundromat is located by the clubhouse next to the swimming pool.
Washing machines and dryers are coin-operated and require R5 x 6 per cycle.
Refuse should be disposed of in the bins located under the stairs outside.
Guests are kindly requested to avoid getting makeup on the bedding or towels.
Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 7 am.
Please adhere to the 20 km/h speed limit and stop at all stop signs within the estate.
