Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in the Holiday Home, except by special arrangements for guide dogs for the visually handicapped.
Items are not to be removed from the house.
The towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels.
The key- and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.
No commercial activity, team building, party or disco, 21st birthday party, no Matric gatherings (even after their final exams) and no bachelor parties and hen parties, and no under 21 year olds will be accommodated at the property without adult supervision.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
