This contemporary four bedroom residence is fully equipped with every modern convenience and showcases uninterrupted sea views from the lounge, dining area and main bedroom. An inviting pool on the upper deck provides the perfect setting for evening sundowners, relaxed outdoor dining, or leisurely days spent soaking up the sun.

Clifton Beach Bungalow comprises four elegant queen sized bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. The principal suite is located on the upper level, while the remaining three bedrooms are positioned on the lower floor.

The first bedroom on the upper level is enclosed by frameless frosted glass sliding doors and opens directly into the lounge, where expansive ocean views create a striking backdrop. The bedrooms on the lower level offer either tranquil garden outlooks or frosted glass windows for added privacy. The third and fourth bedrooms are connected by a sandblasted glass door, an ideal arrangement for families who wish to remain close to their children.

The lounge is spacious and airy, with sliding doors that extend onto the terrace and pool area. The dining room comfortably accommodates eight guests and also leads out to the terrace, where panoramic views of the beach enhance every meal. Five televisions are distributed throughout the property. Each lower level bedroom is equipped with its own television, the lounge features a discreet pop up television concealed within the daybed sofa, and an additional television is situated in the seating and bar area.

Both levels include fully equipped kitchens fitted with modern appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven and fridge freezer. The kitchenette on the lower level does not include a dishwasher, however weekday servicing is provided from Monday to Friday.

A smaller pool and patio area with sea views are located on the upper floor, offering yet another space for relaxation.

Additional Facilities

Uncapped fibre Wi Fi is available throughout the property. Night watch security patrols operate in the area for added peace of mind. The bungalow is serviced from Monday to Friday. Air conditioning is installed throughout. DStv is provided. A Jacuzzi, gas fireplace and braai facilities complete the offering.

Housekeeping services are included from Monday to Friday. Weekend and public holiday cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.
