Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds, making the space equally suitable for couples or small families. The main bedroom enjoys the convenience of an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin, while the second bathroom also offers a shower, toilet, and wash basin.; ; The open-plan living area is designed for relaxed holiday living. A fully equipped kitchen includes a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, allowing for effortless self-catering. Meals can be enjoyed at the four-seater dining table, while the lounge offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with an OpenView decoder. The living area opens onto a private balcony — the perfect spot to soak in the sea air. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are requested to bring along additional bath and beach towels.; ; Guests can enjoy sweeping ocean views, a communal swimming pool open year-round, a children’s jungle gym, and shared braai facilities ideal for relaxed outdoor meals. The property is surrounded by a lush garden and also features a tennis court for active guests. Secure on-site parking is available, including carport parking, guest parking on a first-come-first-served basis, and space for trailers. Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor and the complex is not pet-friendly. Wi-Fi is not available.
