Positioned in the heart of the Drakenstein Valley and surrounded by the iconic Cape Winelands, Champagne De Kleijne Bos is conveniently located just a short distance from Paarl village. Built in 1692, this charming Cape Dutch-style residence has been carefully transformed into a spacious self-catering retreat, perfectly suited for large families or groups of friends.; ; The house accommodates up to 15 guests across 8 bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed for comfort and privacy. Four of the bedrooms feature queen-size beds, each paired with an en-suite bathroom offering either a bath and shower, a bath only, or a shower only. The fifth bedroom is furnished with a three-quarter bed and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The sixth bedroom provides a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The seventh bedroom is equipped with two three-quarter beds and has access to a private bathroom with a shower. Lastly, the eighth bedroom offers a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to a private patio with outdoor seating. Guests are provided with high-quality linen and towels to enhance their stay.; ; The fully equipped kitchen includes modern amenities such as a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The interior living spaces feature a generously sized dining area and a cozy lounge with comfortable seating, complemented by an indoor fireplace to create a warm atmosphere on cooler evenings. Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Children need to be supervised at all times.
Guests are asked to leave the common areas of the house in a neat and tidy state.
Please close all doors and windows when going to bed or leaving the premises.
Please note that cameras and alarms are installed for security purposes.
Kindly switch off all the lights and turn off the taps when they are not in use.
Laundry services and cleaning services can be arranged with the owner.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
