We had a really great time. The chalets were clean and tidy. the staff were friendly. The facility is marvelous, some peace and quite. Free wifi at least 1 gb complementory will be nice

Our stay was good and we did enjoy the stay. Also the staff was good to us especially Pricilar our housekeeping. But the improvement that they do to the bed are small but all in all I enjoyed my stay.

We rented two adjoining chalets for our party of 10 and have no problem with the accommodation. However, it is managed by Safari SA who sent us a detailed 'Arrival Pack' before we left Uk and also wanted all sorts of details about our party, an indemnity form etc. and ZAR2000 deposit. I have told them subsequently that it was not at all welcoming and they ought to be more consumer friendly. We did have a problem after we returned to the UK with the deposit as we were told that one fork was missing and a pyrex dish had disappeared and they were charging us for the loss. It was eventually sorted, but so unnecessary when we had paid over ZAR36000 for the properties. Rather petty, quite frankly.
