An additional guest bathroom, fitted with a shower, toilet and basin, provides extra convenience.; ; A sleeper couch situated in the main living area may accommodate two children, though it is not intended for adult use.; ; The double-volume living room, thoughtfully furnished and warmed by a wood-burning stove, sets the tone for a relaxed stay. Guests will also appreciate the presence of original artwork by acclaimed local artist Karin Sell.; ; The adjoining kitchen is well-appointed with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and an electronic safe. A television offering local channels is available—please note, DStv is not provided. Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Pets are allowed by prior arrangements at an extra cost. There is a pet fee of R250 for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs at a time.
No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
The balance of the booking is to be paid 3 days before arrival.
Check In Time is strictly between 14h00 - 17h00. A surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof will be charged for any arrival later than 19h00, unless prior arrangement has been made.
Check Out Time is strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay. Any house or room that has not been vacated by check out time will be subject to a surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check out time.
No Parties allowed and only the amount of guests per house allowed.

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
If cancelling 99 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
