Exclusive Use Holiday House

Cedar Bush Lodge is made up of the main house and two separate cottages. The main house has two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and three single beds. A shared bathroom is located at the end of the hall and is fitted with a bath / shower, toilet and basin. Guests should provide their own bath and swimming towels. The two outside cottages are small, quaint units with two bedrooms each. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The open plan living area is designed to cater as bedrooms and is furnished with two single beds. Two shared bathrooms are situated outside the cottages and are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Each unit is equipped with a fridge/freezer which is perfect for storing your drinks or snacks. The main house has a large open plan kitchen that is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, gas stove, electric oven and freezer. There is a spacious dining area where family and friends can lounge in the Jacuzzi while listening to music or making use of the inside braai area. There is also a pool table, dart board and a TV. Outside is a play area for the children, a garden, fire pit, braai area, swimming pool and secure parking.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
