Pertinent Policies
Travelling with children?
Children under 3 stays for free in any room type (1 child per room) in a camp cot or share a bed with parents.
Children from 3 - 12 years of age pay R600 b/b only in Superior and Deluxe Rooms on a camp bed made up in room.
Children over 12 need to book a separate room any room type.
How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
45 - 90 days prior to arrival - 25% cancellation fee will be due.
30-45 days prior to arrival 50% Cancellation fee will be due.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival - 100% cancellation fee will be due
Should unconfirmed reservations not arrive by 18h00 on the day of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to release the reservation.
