Excluded / Extra
Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

A mandatory refundable deposit of R1500 per villa per stay is required on check-in to cover any breakages or damages to the premises. All breakages will be charged at their replacement cost plus an additional charge to absorb administration costs. Upon check out the deposit will be released in full, if no issues, from our bank within 7 working days from the check-out date.

Children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot and high chair can be requested at time of booking.
How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
• 7 days or more prior to arrival: 100% refund
• More than 48 hours prior to arrival 50% of the value of the booking will be charged as a cancellation fee
• Less than 48 hours prior to arrival: no refund
• No refunds will be given for no-shows and early check outs
