Boulevard 108 is a spacious apartment featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Additionally, there is a sleeper couch in the lounge, offering extra sleeping space. The apartment includes a variety of amenities such as Wi-Fi, a TV, a sitting area, ceiling fan, and a dining table. Guests can enjoy both sea and ocean views from the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and oven. The bathrooms are fitted with either a shower or a bathtub. The unit is non-smoking, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

The breakage deposit will be refunded within the first week of following month of departure, less any deductions for breakages. The deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself. Please remember to email us your account details. Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit. Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform our offices immediately.
Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
Please adhere to body corporate rules and regulations. There will be a copy in your unit. Failure to do so, could result in eviction.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
