Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

The number of guests that will be allowed onto the property are limited to the number of guests stipulated on the booking confirmation.

We require a refundable CASH DEPOSIT of R500.00 per unit unless you have booked the Main House in which case the amount will be R1,000.00.
Deposits are usually refunded in cash on departure after inspection of the unit. In some instances the refund process may take a little longer and you will be asked to provide your banking details. (Large Groups, Damage to the Property, Pets etc)

We require a refundable CASH DEPOSIT of R500.00 per pet.

We do allow DAY VISITORS but please note that numbers are limited to no more than 4 visitors (including children) per cottage and will only be allowed by prior arrangement with the management. Visitors must be announced on arrival and are not allowed to sleep over. There is no parking on the property for visitors.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
