How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Should you cancel your reservation 15 days or more prior to arrival, 100% of your deposit will be refunded.
Should you cancel your reservation 7-14 days prior to arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
Should you cancel your reservation 6 days or less prior to arrival, you will lose your deposit.
