Bond Breakaway has four bedrooms. Three of the rooms are furnished with Queen-size beds and the fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There are three separate full bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is also a guest toilet. The main living area has an open-plan design with an easy flow from the kitchen to the dining area, lounge and garden. The kitchen is garden-facing, with all appliances needed for effortless self-catering, including a gas stove and Nespresso machine. There is also a scullery featuring a dishwasher and washing machine for guests' convenience. A notable feature is the glass stacking doors that open onto the furnished wood deck, ideal for alfresco dining. The 8-seater dining area flows into the lounge, boasting comfortable furniture, a fireplace and a wall-mounted smart TV with satellite channels. The lounge has a glass sliding door leading to another section of the garden with a fire pit for easy relaxation or entertainment.
