Sophisticated, with attention to detail will leave you a awe, at this luxury holiday home, with the ocean view in sight, and situated in one of Western Cape's most prestige's holiday destination. Blueview on Silversand has five bedrooms. The main bedroom is upstairs and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. A further two bedrooms upstairs have a Queen-size bed and bunk beds respectively. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower. The two downstairs bedrooms open into an open plan living area and balcony with sea views and an indigenous fynbos garden. One bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the other has a double bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower/bath combo. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The living area has a fireplace and a TV with satellite channels. There is a built in pizza oven in the living area. Sliding doors lead out onto the balcony. Off street parking is available as well as a garage. The home has an alarm system.
