About B'Lenghi Beach House

B'Lenghi is a spacious and airy beach house with two reception rooms, fully equipped kitchen, large covered patio with built-in barbeque facilities and two separate studios on the lower ground offering accommodation for combinations of six, eight or ten people from the same family or group of guests.

B'Lenghi is only a short five minute stroll through the bottom garden gate to the nearest beach which is Clarke Bay beach with lifeguards. En route to the beach you will find shops and some of the best Ballito restaurants.

Self Catering Accommodation

B'Lenghi is a wonderfully spacious and airy self catering Holiday Home in Ballito with three bedrooms, two reception rooms, fully equipped kitchen, large covered patio with built-in barbecue facilities and two separate studios on the lower ground offering accommodation for up to 10 guests (Kindly note that bookings for up to 6 guests will be allocated to the main house only. Bookings for 7-10 guests will be allocated to the studios according to the number of guests. All guests enjoy exclusive use for the duration of each booking and unused spaces will remain closed).

The house is well equipped and decorated with a modern twist throughout and sea views from most rooms. In the garden a twelve metre lap pool and sun deck area add further relaxation time after a long day on the beach.

From the kitchen guests can access a balcony with the best sea views from the house which is perfect for those first morning coffees & spectacular sunrises over the Indian Ocean. Appliances in the kitchen include a fan oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge with chest freezer. The lounge is fitted with an LCD TV, full DSTV selection and uncapped WiFi.

Air conditioning is fitted in all the bedrooms and both studios to offer extra comfort during the summer months. Of the three bedrooms in the house, the main bedroom comes with a king size bed and is en suite. The other two bedrooms in the house, each with two single beds, share a full bathroom with bath & shower and separate toilet.

Studios A and B on the lower ground of the property offer privacy with no internal access from the house. Studios are only allocated to bookings of 7-10 guests and both studios are fitted with double beds & en suite shower facilities. The house and studios are fitted with security alarms and guests are issued with remotes to control access to relevant areas.

Additional Facilities

A secure electric driveway gate leads to an open double garage for two cars with enough space for two extra cars, however please note that it is a steep driveway and it may be tricky to manoeuvre with too many cars.

The beach, shops and restaurants can be reached by walking through the bottom garden gate. Clark Bay beach with life guards & a tidal pool is only a 5 minute walk away.
