Birdsong Villa accommodates up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms, making it well suited to families or groups seeking a comfortable coastal getaway.

The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers 2 single beds. A double sunbed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The second bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower, toilet and basin, while all beds are fitted with electric blankets for added comfort during cooler evenings.

The well-appointed kitchen provides everything required for a convenient self-catering stay, including a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A coffee pod machine, crockery and cutlery are also provided.

The comfortable living area includes a dining table, lounge seating and a TV, with doors opening onto a spacious wooden deck. A pergola-covered patio creates an inviting setting for outdoor meals and relaxed time spent enjoying the surrounding garden. Guests have access to the villa's private deck, patio and garden, as well as a double garage.

The golf estate offers an excellent selection of leisure facilities, including a driving range, restaurants, gym, spa, putt-putt course, padel and tennis courts, hiking trails and a swimming pool, providing plenty to enjoy without having to leave the estate.
