Stay on the N2 highway, if you’re coming from Cape Town, you’ll see the BietjieDam sign on your right.* At the gate (just off the N2), look to the left for a locked key box on the wooden slats.
The code will be provided a day or two before arrival. Inside is the gate remote. Press the green button to open, then return the remote, lock the box, and scramble the numbers.
