Downstairs, the first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and includes a private shower and basin. The second downstairs bedroom is ideal for families and features a double bed and a single bed, an outdoor shower, and direct access to a patio, allowing guests to enjoy easy indoor-outdoor living. A shared bathroom with a shower is also located on the lower level. The cottage includes an inviting indoor braai room, providing a comfortable space for entertaining regardless of the season.

The main bedroom is located upstairs and offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and toilet only. This bedroom opens directly onto the roof deck, creating a private retreat with elevated views. The spacious roof deck enjoys lovely sea views and is an ideal spot for morning coffee or a relaxed sundowner at the end of the day.

The open-plan living areas are designed to maximise natural light and create a calm, easygoing flow throughout the home. Fuel-efficient wood burners are installed in the two main bedrooms as well as the lounge, ensuring warmth and comfort during cooler evenings.

Pets are permitted by prior arrangement only, with a maximum of 2 small, well-trained dogs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Smoking, vaping, and hubbly-bubbly are not allowed indoors.
Access to the accommodation is via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility difficulties.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. The property is in a residential area within a Biosphere; loud music, disturbances, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted and may be reported to the authorities.
Fires may only be made in designated areas. Betty’s Bay is prone to wildfires; never leave fires unattended and avoid making fires during strong winds.
