Downstairs, the first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and includes a private shower and basin. The second downstairs bedroom is ideal for families and features a double bed and a single bed, an outdoor shower, and direct access to a patio, allowing guests to enjoy easy indoor-outdoor living. A shared bathroom with a shower is also located on the lower level. The cottage includes an inviting indoor braai room, providing a comfortable space for entertaining regardless of the season.

The main bedroom is located upstairs and offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and toilet only. This bedroom opens directly onto the roof deck, creating a private retreat with elevated views. The spacious roof deck enjoys lovely sea views and is an ideal spot for morning coffee or a relaxed sundowner at the end of the day.

The open-plan living areas are designed to maximise natural light and create a calm, easygoing flow throughout the home. Fuel-efficient wood burners are installed in the two main bedrooms as well as the lounge, ensuring warmth and comfort during cooler evenings.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Pets: Allowed by prior arrangement only (maximum 2 small, well-trained dogs). Owners must clean up after their pets.
Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or hubbly-bubbly indoors.
Accessibility: The property is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
Furniture: Please do not move furniture or take it outside.
Quiet Hours: 22:00–08:00. Loud music, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted, as the property is located in a residential Biosphere area.
Check-in / Check-out: Late arrivals or departures must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee. Peak-season check-out times are strictly enforced.
Occupancy: Maximum 7 guests (preferably 6 adults and 1 child). Additional guests must be approved in advance and will be charged R750 per person per night. Undeclared guests may result in additional charges and forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
Breakage Deposit: Covers damage, theft, and excessive cleaning.
Fire Safety: Fires are permitted only in designated areas and must never be left unattended, especially during windy conditions.
