The villa accommodates up to ten adults in five well appointed bedrooms. Three of these rooms are furnished with queen size or double beds, and the remaining two are arranged with twin beds. Five contemporary bathrooms serve the house. Two include a bath, toilet and washbasin, and the other three feature a shower, toilet and washbasin.; ; Several of the bedrooms open directly to the garden, pool and private outdoor seating areas, while the upstairs rooms provide serene views across the surroundings. Fresh linen and bath towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster and kettle, and a washing machine adds further convenience.; ; The villa offers an indoor braai and entertainment room with a television, Wi-Fi and comfortable seating. An outdoor veranda provides another braai area along with generous views of the landscape. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool and the landscaped garden that looks toward a natural forest. Secure parking is available on site.; ; Inside, the property is bright and inviting, with high ceilings, large windows and open plan living areas that bring in the light. The indoor braai area and spacious dining table create a welcoming setting for relaxed gatherings. The sunlit veranda and pool complete the sense of easy living.; ; A double locked garage offers added security and leads directly into the expansive entertainment and dining area. The open plan living room and kitchen extend into a warm breakfast nook that is ideal for morning coffee or quiet meals. From here, the space opens onto the covered veranda with outdoor seating and a second braai area. This overlooks the pool, the manicured garden and the natural forest that leads toward the Langeberg Mountains.

Right of Admission Reserved: We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if house rules are not respected.

Guests are not permitted to remove towels, bedding, utensils, furniture, equipment, or any other fixtures that belong to the Guesthouse from their respective rooms or other areas of the Guesthouse.
Cancellation: A specific cancellation policy will be detailed, which may include fees for late cancellations.
Fire Safety: Campfires or braais may only be made in designated areas and must be supervised and fully extinguished. Failure to comply can result in a fine.
Damage: Guests will be held financially liable for any damage caused by their actions.
Photography, filming, and social media posting are not permitted on this property without prior written consent.
