Registered Guests Only: For everyone's comfort and safety, only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Quiet Enjoyment: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings, to ensure a peaceful stay for all.
Smoking: Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
No Pets: We are unable to accommodate pets.
Safety and Responsibility: Guests use all facilities, including the pool and outdoor areas, at their own risk. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety of children in their care.
Liability: Bergzicht Villa and its team are not liable for injury, loss, or damage during your stay.
Indemnity: Guests agree to indemnify Bergzicht Villa against any claims arising from their stay, including those involving children.
Right of Admission Reserved: We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if house rules are not respected.
Strictly no smoking indoors.
Guests are not permitted to remove towels, bedding, utensils, furniture, equipment, or any other fixtures that belong to the Guesthouse from their respective rooms or other areas of the Guesthouse.
Cancellation: A specific cancellation policy will be detailed, which may include fees for late cancellations.
Fire Safety: Campfires or braais may only be made in designated areas and must be supervised and fully extinguished. Failure to comply can result in a fine.
Damage: Guests will be held financially liable for any damage caused by their actions.
Photography, filming, and social media posting are not permitted on this property without prior written consent.

Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
