The en-suite bathrooms are each fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basins. Fully equipped kitchen and scullery with open plan living area and double volume ceiling, plenty of light. There is an indoor fireplace and enclosed courtyard for entertaining. The outdoor patio by the pool has a braai and stunning views of the lagoon. Beautiful newly built architect designed luxury villa located on the beautiful Benguela Cove, listed as the 53rd best vineyard in the world. This property is the ultimate in luxury, every bedroom is ensuite and it has an indoor barbeque and separate dining area as well as a full fitted kitchen, lounge and wood burning fireplace. Beautiful patios, a splash pool all contribute to the feeling of serenity and luxury. The views speak for themselves. Fitted with inverter / backup power system. This property has its own private drive and garage, there is a splash pool and outside terraces in a secluded courtyard. The house is a contemporary modern home with a separate BBQ room and dining area leading to an open plan full kitted kitchen and lounge. There is a wood burning fireplace for chilly days. There is a downstairs cloakroom with a staircase leading to three bedrooms, all with king-size beds (they convert to singles where sharing is required), all bedrooms are en-suite. Guest can access the whole property. Other things to note": Benguela Cove is a luxury private estate, it is mixed use farm and residential, so noise must be kept to a minimum, no noise after 10pm. Speed restrictions of 30km are in place. The commercial areas of Benguela Cove is home to the winery, restaurant and other facilities.
