The guest house falls far short of the impression given on their website. The wi-fi, on all 3 channels did not have internet connection when connected. The bar was empty - no stock at all - it was closed. The restaurant was only open for breakfast - no other meals - and the breakfast that we included in our stay was abysmal. There was no security - the main entrance gate was open 24/7 - and parking is at own risk. We did close the gate with our remote - as soon as it reached closed position it immediately re-opens and stays open. The room we were in had no bathroom door - so you use the toilet in full view of the bedroom and toilet paper was single ply. very cheap. definitely not worth the R1400.00 per night. we left after staying the first night, that is how disgraced we were of the conditions of the place.

I didnt sleep at Bella Rosa upon arrival we found out that their Dstv isnt working and they dont provide breakfast which is what we only learnt that on arrival We were never made aware of such before and unfortunately i already had paid deposit I was promosed to get that amount refunded but to this day no refund I am greatly disaapointed Im from Ficksburg and thought its a good thing to support the local facilities before going out but I am no longer sure

Good day, Regarding the stay at Bella Rosa - Struggled to get hold of them telephonically - left two messages but they never returned my call. TV's we're not working No bar fridge available in room - only after requesting assistance did they help On the final day there was no breakfast available as there were no staff Very expensive for such poor facilities

Excellent weekend at this lovely guest house. Top notch!

We traveled to Lesotho with friends from America. We received 5 star treatment, perfect. Ill never forget that place. Can't wait for our next visit!

We were a goup of 5 couples which was treated excellent by all staff. A lot of attention was given to our well prepared dinner which made the stay a very special occasion that all of us will remember for long. Thanks !!

Perfectly adequate accommodation if you are spending time in Ficksburg.

Excellent hospitality from Staff and good food but there is no satellite TV or telephone in the rooms and the security is very poor.
