Bella Casa is equipped for four guests. There are two bedrooms, the main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two three quarter beds and makes use of a separate bathroom. There is an open plan living area with comfortable furniture, a dining table and a well equipped kitchen. Outside you can enjoy sitting on the patio whilst making use of the built in braai and admiring the view. Washing machine, Flat screen TV with Hotel Bouquet DStv, Braai Facilities. Guests have access to all Estate facilities which include a communal pool, the Gary Player signature golf course, beach access and watersports.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

The following are not allowed at the property:
Any commercial activity, events, 21st birthday party etc.
Matric gatherings (even after their final exams),
Bachelor parties and hen parties, and
No under 21 year olds will be accommodated at the property without adult supervision.

All facilities are used at guests' own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this Holiday Home or on the property.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in the Holiday Home, except by special arrangements for guide dogs for the visually handicapped.
Items are not to be removed from the house. The towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels.

The key- and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.

If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
