The house can accommodate 8 adults and 4 children under the age of 5 years and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, a separate TV lounge, and a large undercover patio.; The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom features two single beds that can be arranged as a king-size bed. The fourth bedroom, located in the south wing, has a double bed, and adjacent to it is a TV lounge with double bunk beds.; In addition to the master en-suite, two separate bathrooms serve the rest of the house. The first bathroom includes a bath, toilet, and sink, while the second features a shower, toilet, and sink.
