Beach Haven is an elegant colonial-style villa situated in Ramsgate. Tastefully decorated, it provides three well-appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The villa enjoys direct access to the beach through a secure gate and a short, scenic pathway, making it ideal for beach enthusiasts.; ; Upstairs, guests will find three spacious bedrooms. The first and third bedrooms are en-suite, each furnished with a double bed and two single beds, while the central bedroom contains two single beds.; ; The first en-suite bathroom features a bath, shower, toilet, and basin, while the second en-suite is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Both bathrooms are modern, generously sized, and include built-in cupboards. An additional bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet is also available. All bed linen and bath towels are provided, leaving guests only needing to bring their beach towels.; ; The open-plan kitchen is contemporary and fully equipped for self-catering, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer in the scullery. A bar area enhances the functionality of the space. The lounge opens onto a large patio furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and a built-in braai. The property is supplied with unlimited fibre Wi Fi for uninterrupted entertainment and features a UPS system to ensure continued electricity supply during loadshedding.; ; Beach Haven offers the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. Occasionally, a family of small blue duikers, Africa's smallest antelope known as "Ipiti," can be spotted in the garden.
