Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Travelling with children?
Children are not accommodated.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
FOR BOOKINGS 30 WORKING DAYS AND LESS:
A booking is a binding agreement.
The full payment of the booking stay is required to confirm the booking.
100% of the total booking fee if booking is cancelled 30 working days or less prior to arrival date or non-arrival, guests will forfeit the total value of the booking.

FOR BOOKINGS MORE THAN 30 WORKING DAYS IN ADVANCE:
A booking is a binding agreement.
50% non-refundable deposit secures the booking.
The balance of the booking fee is to be made no less than 5 working days before arrival date.
100% of the total booking fee if booking is cancelled 30 working days or less prior to arrival date or non-arrival, guests will forfeit the total value of the booking.

As expected we run a tightly controlled finance department due to the very risk of fraud. A 15% handling fee is levied for costs involved on all cancellation refunds.

We suggest you consider travel insurance to cover any losses incurred if unforeseen circumstances force you to alter your travel plans. It is relatively affordable and well worth it.
