Barefootin is a self catering holiday home sleeping four adults and two children. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower toilet and basin. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has access to a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The open-plan living area offers a dining table with seating where guests can enjoy their meals together and a TV with selected DStv channels. The well-equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals, including a dishwasher and a washing machine for convenience. Outside there is a patio, braai facilities and a garden.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Any commercial activity, events, 21st birthday party etc.
Matric gatherings (even after their final exams),
Bachelor parties and hen parties, and
No under 21 year olds will be accommodated at the property without adult supervision.

All facilities are used at guests' own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this Holiday Home or on the property.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in the Holiday Home, except by special arrangements for guide dogs for the visually handicapped.
Items are not to be removed from the house. The towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels.

The key- and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.

If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
