The apartment comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area designed for relaxed holiday living. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and includes a private en-suite bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower.; ; The second bedroom offers two single beds and has its own en-suite shower, toilet, and washbasin. The third and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds and share a well-appointed bathroom comprising a bath, toilet, and washbasin.; ; The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, as well as all necessary cutlery and crockery. Additional conveniences include a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, while a breakfast bar with stools provides a practical space for casual meals.; ; The air-conditioned living area is comfortably furnished with a lounge suite and a flat-screen television. Guests are required to bring their own emergency lighting or candles, along with a DStv decoder and card or an Openview decoder and the necessary connection cables, as no decoder is provided in the apartment.; ; Sliding doors from the living area open onto a pleasant patio furnished with outdoor seating and a gas braai, making it ideal for relaxed outdoor dining.; ; The apartment includes one allocated parking bay, with additional visitor parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
