Ballito Beach Villa has four bedrooms. The first two rooms have a Queen-size bed. The third room has a bunk bed and single bed. The fourth room has two bunk beds and a single bed. There are an additional two sleeper couches. Two of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom and there is a main bathroom for the other rooms to share. The kitchen is fully equipped and also includes a washing machine and dishwasher. There are two living rooms, one of which is located directly opposite the pool and is ideal for reading / quiet space or watching the family in enjoy the pool. There is a smart TV with Netflix and Starsat and free Wi-Fi.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

• No parties/events, No pets, no smoking inside the house - deep cleaning cost plus damages will be charged to the guest's account.
• Pet owners are charged a refundable deposit of R5000
• No unauthorised/undeclared guests and no visitors.
• No parking on the grass/lawn.
• Unauthorised late check-out/overstay will be charged a one-night rate.
• Please do not remove the pool cleaner/kreepy-krauly. This damages the pool pump. You will be fully responsible for any damages in the house and in the pool.
• The hosts are not reliable/responsible for any theft/loss or any items left behind in the property.
• Please return garden furniture cushions inside the house, before checking out and on rainy/windy days during your stay.
• Guests are fully responsible for any loss, property damages, their health and safety.
• Swimming is at your own risk.
• The house is fitted with security alarm, guests are responsible for activating and deactivating the alarm.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome but parents are to note that the swimming pool is not covered with a net. Guests are fully responsible for their safety

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
