Always a tranquil homestead of comfort and tasteful delights, Backworth House sits protected in a large manicured fountained garden of abundant hydrangeas and azaleas, giving a sense of establishment and history. As one of the oldest farms in the area, Backworth House takes in breathtaking views over the Eston District of KwaZulu Natal.
If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy the outdoors, look no further than our days of gardens. We also have a pool for you to laze by and a tennis court if you are feeling energetic. The property is situated 50km from Pietermaritzburg and 90km from Durban. Game Lodges in the area provide game drives and spa facilities within a 30 minute drive.
