The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two tastefully furnished bedrooms. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom is fitted with two single beds, making it ideal for families, friends, or business travellers. The shared bathroom includes both a bath and a separate shower, and quality linen and bath towels are provided for guests' convenience.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, crockery, cutlery, and tea and coffee making facilities. A washing machine is also available, making longer stays especially convenient. The adjoining lounge offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and complimentary uncapped Wi-Fi, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day of exploring.

Sliding doors lead from the living area onto a private balcony, the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the fresh sea air. Guests can also make use of the communal swimming pool, secure underground and outdoor parking, and lift access within the complex. Blouberg Beach is only a five-minute walk away, allowing easy access to one of Cape Town's most popular stretches of coastline.

Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 09:00, and guests are asked to be mindful at all times.
Keys will only be handed to the booking holder.
Laundry & Towels may not be hung on balconies.
Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
Any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund and may incur additional cleaning or damage fees.
