Arbez is not only a BnB, but it's a home away from home, friendly and very professional service, I'm looking forward for my next visit, I've always recommended Arbez to friends and colleagues, keep up the great work.

Staff friendly and helpful, but overall the worst place I have ever stayed in. Between problems with electricity, parties outside my room until 3 am, dirty kitchen and general lack of care for long term tenants, it is definitely not a place I will return to. Really disappointing. Other long term tenants feel the same.
