How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations 0-60 days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of the total deposit.
100% total balance is due and non-refundable for reservations from December 15 to January 15.
Full refund of deposit for cancellations in writing 60 days prior to arrival (minus a 10% handling fee).
