Ambleside Lodge features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the remaining two bedrooms each have two single beds. The bathrooms vary, offering a mix of showers, separate tubs and showers, bathtub-shower combinations, and bathtubs only, catering to different preferences.; ; The spacious living areas include a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a dining area with a table that seats all guests. Modern conveniences include a TV, fireplace, heater, and a washing machine for added practicality. The lodge is non-smoking and offers coffee and tea facilities, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, and a two-plate stove.; ; Outdoors, guests can enjoy a garden view from the patio and terrace, both furnished with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area, perfect for meals or relaxation in the fresh air.

We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of cancellations or other situations where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in
Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
No refunds for late check-ins or early check-outs.
Arrival time is 14h00 or after, and Departure time is 10h00 unless prior arrangements have been made.
Additional guests over and above the number specified on your invoice are not permitted.
Failure to comply with this shall result in your booking being terminated, and you shall be requested to vacate the property immediately. No refunds shall be granted.
Guests will be liable for breakages or property damage.
There is a no-smoking policy inside the units. You will be liable to a fine of R1 000 should you breach such policy.
Ambleside has a NO pet / pet-free policy. Guests will be required to leave should they arrive with pets. No refund.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the deposit.
