Hoopoe and Kingfisher are the ideal romantic getaway for a couple. Whether you relax in your own Jacuzzi on the private patio with magnificent views of Cathkin and Champagne Peaks or participate in the many activities in the Central Drakensberg, the cottages offer a secluded haven for you to relax and unwind! The cottages have an open plan "loft style" area with a King-size bed, lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen areas. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a bath, basin, toilet, indoor and outdoor showers. The cottage has a TV with DStv / satellite channels and a DVD player. Outside there is a jacuzzi on a charcoal braai patio with panoramic views of the mountains. There is a swimming pool and fishing dam on site.

Sunbird Cottage features three bedrooms, two with Queen-size beds and one with twin beds. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and two vanities. All rooms open out onto the magnificent mountain view. The spacious lounge has a large TV with DStv /satellite channels, DVD and patio with charcoal braai area and jacuzzi, share some fantastic views. For those chilly winter evenings there is a wood burning fireplace and under floor heating throughout. There is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Outside there is a secluded garden courtyard off the kitchen with a water feature and a double carport. There is a swimming pool and fishing dam on site.
