Travelling with children?
Children over the age of 10 are welcome. Exceptions can be made based on the composition of booked-in guests for the time in question.
How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
We require a deposit of 50% in order to confirm your booking.
In the event that a booking is cancelled for any reason, the following will apply:
We reserve the right to charge a R 50.00 admin fee for any refunds.
Booking Cancelled 7 or less days (or ‘no show’) - forfeit 100% (of room rate)
Booking Cancelled 8 to 14 days forfeit 100% (of deposit)
Booking Cancelled 15 to 30 days forfeit 50% (of deposit)
Booking Cancelled 31 or more days forfeit 25% (of deposit)
*Please note that in the event a guest does not arrive on the stated date, or if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date: the full value of the quoted room rate will be due (up to a maximum of three days).
Departures prior to the booked departure date will attract full payment of the quoted room rate for the originally booked dates (up to a maximum of 3 days in addition to the number of days the guest has already stayed).
