Aden House has four bedrooms. There are two bedrooms downstairs furnished with double beds. There are two bathrooms downstairs, one is fitted with a bath, basin and toilet and the other is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. There is a bedroom upstairs furnished with a double bed and two single beds. The second bedroom upstairs is furnished with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and there is a scullery. There is a dining room and the lounge has a fireplace and TV with satellite channels. The house has a balcony with dam views and a built in braai. The electricity on the property is supplied by a solar system with a backup generator. The water supply in the house is from the river and safe to drink, but we suggest you bring bottled water as the water could be brownish during rainy season. Firewood is supplied at each house. Should you require more wood, please ask the caretaker. The units are serviced daily, in the mornings - bedrooms, dishes, cleaning of fireplace and braai area.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
