How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
All booking cancelled within 48 hours will be refunded less 10% handling fees.
Bookings cancelled after 48 hours will not normally be refunded but it is at the discretion of the management.
