Above Board is a self-catering holiday house in Yzerfontein located in the 16 Mile Estate. Just minutes from the front door there is a private beach access to 16 Mile beach.

Self Catering Accommodation

Above Board has three bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the other two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. There are two bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. One of the bathrooms also has a bath and one bathroom is en-suite.

The fully equipped kitchen contains a microwave, oven, a fridge-freezer, and a separate scullery area with a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has a 6-seater table, and the lounge features a fireplace, Smart flat-screen TV with Netflix and YouTube. Free Wi-Fi Internet is also provided in the house.

The house is equipped with solar panels, so loadshedding will not be an issue during your stay! With all the appliances, TV, and lights working during loadshedding. Except for the geyser and stove, you can enjoy your stay, hassle free.

The home has a lovely outdoor entertainment area with braai and pool. Parking is available off-street.

Attractions

The house also borders a large green belt, and the development borders a nature reserve on the one side which has plenty of bird life. There are excellent cycle trails in and around Mile 16 Private Beach estate but even within the development, it is a great safe space to bring kids bikes and let them play outside!
