Abigail’s Garden Cottage is an Exclusive Use Holiday Cottage with one large bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a single day bed suitable for an adult and a Victorian fireplace. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and a basin. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave and a freezer / fridge. The lounge has comfortable furniture, and a sleeper couch / sofa bed suitable for two. There is a portable air cooler, TV with streaming and free Wi-Fi. The living area opens out onto a covered patio with table and chairs overlooking the garden. Off street parking is available.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
