Excluded / Extra
Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

R250 breakage deposit per chalet booked is applicable and payable in cash on arrival. This is refundable on day of departure if there are no damages.
The maximum number of guests per unit/stand may not be exceeded.
No item in the chalet is to be removed or used in another area of the resort.
Please be considerate towards other guests when using the pool area. Load music may be disturbing other guests’ relaxation. No consumption of alcohol while using the pool will be allowed.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
