The spacious oak floored first floor has Juliet balcony windows with views of the village and a wood paneled courtyard atrium making this a great entertaining space.

A bar counter with an attached wooden dining table divides the fully equipped kitchen from the living room. This area boasts a large L-shaped sofa and wood burning stove.

Metal stairs with a sliding glass skylight lead to a private wooden roof deck which has seating, braai facilities, a sink, under counter fridge and purpose built stainless steel hot tub all with spectacular views of Table Mountain and the city.
