98 Waterkant Street has been beautifully designed across split floor levels. The bright living room, with Waterkant Street views, connects down a couple of steps to the modern fully fitted kitchen. A separate utility room is cleverly hidden by floor to ceiling cupboards and this floor opens out onto a wooden decked courtyard. Divided by glass sliding doors the kitchen and courtyard make a great entertaining area with interior dining area and outdoor lounge with sofa and armchairs. A central staircase connects to the upper air-conditioned bedroom levels. Bedroom 2 is furnished wtih a double bed and looks down onto the courtyard. It has an open plan en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. Located at the top of the property the main large bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and looks out onto Waterkant Street, again with open plan en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower with toilet and sink area. As an extra service, and separate to the accommodation rate, this cottage does have free Wi-Fi. This property is serviced twice weekly, weekdays, excluding public holidays.

An admin fee of R400 applies if you do cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival and this will be deducted from the deposit paid.
Late check-in fees apply if the check-in is outside of normal reception hours.
The refundable property security deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival by the main guest staying.
Please note the establishment requires the ID's of all guests to be provided prior to the check-in date.
The refundable breakage deposit is paid back within 7 working days after the check-out date.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
