At 92 Waterkant Street the Napier Street front door enters directly into the main open plan air-conditioned lower ground floor. A green and blue wooden panelled kitchen, with guest toilet, overlooks the dining and double height living space. This area opens onto the private high walled courtyard with wooden decking, built in braai/BBQ, sink and plunge pool. Stairs lead you up to the split ground floor level which has another entrance from Waterkant Street. From the study and TV lounge a couple of further steps connect through to bedroom two with wallpapered headboard wall, with Queen-size bed and black metal work, taps and white detailed en-suite shower bathroom. Further wooden stairs connect to the first floor master bedroom with a King-size bed, exposed wooden rafters and glass dividing top walls to the black metal work, taps and white detailed en-suite shower bathroom. Sliding louvre shutter doors access the large rood terrace with counter top, sink and great views of the surrounding area and Table Mountain.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

The refundable property security deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival by the main guest staying.

Please note the establishment requires the ID's of all guests to be provided prior to the check-in date.

The refundable breakage deposit is paid back within 7 working days after the check-out date.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome. Children do need to be supervised at all times. Properties with balconies, roof decks, pools and hot tubs are not child friendly.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
