The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests in two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed. The main bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the second bathroom is conveniently equipped with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Fresh linen and towels are supplied for guests’ convenience.

The open-plan kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic crockery and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A central breakfast island with stools provides a convenient place for casual meals. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the comfortable lounge, where guests can relax on plush seating while watching the flat-screen TV with Netflix access. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, and a backup UPS provides added convenience during power interruptions.

Large sliding doors open from the lounge onto a compact patio furnished with outdoor seating and offering a lovely view towards Table Mountain. It is a pleasant spot to start the day with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine while enjoying the scenery. A built-in braai area is also available, providing the opportunity to enjoy relaxed outdoor meals during your stay.

To ensure a comfortable stay, each unit is generously pre-loaded with an average usage allowance for a small family. For stays of 7 days or more, guests may need to purchase additional units for electricity or water. This policy promotes responsible consumption and helps keep costs manageable for both guests and property owners.
