The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests in two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed. The main bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the second bathroom is conveniently equipped with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Fresh linen and towels are supplied for guests’ convenience.
The open-plan kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic crockery and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A central breakfast island with stools provides a convenient place for casual meals. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the comfortable lounge, where guests can relax on plush seating while watching the flat-screen TV with Netflix access. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, and a backup UPS provides added convenience during power interruptions.
Large sliding doors open from the lounge onto a compact patio furnished with outdoor seating and offering a lovely view towards Table Mountain. It is a pleasant spot to start the day with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine while enjoying the scenery. A built-in braai area is also available, providing the opportunity to enjoy relaxed outdoor meals during your stay.

Enquire for departures after 10am and/or arrivals before 2pm at extras costs to block the departure/arrival day for you.
No smoking in the property, balcony smoking is permitted.
- Deposit paid is non refundable
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
No pets allowed.
Breakage Deposit paid via eft. Breakage deposit will be refunded within 10 working days from departure.
Complimentary Items & Self-Catering Policy:
Our properties are self-catering, meaning you'll have the freedom and flexibility to dine in at your own convenience. To get you started, we provide you with the following complimentary essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, 1 bin bag, shampoo, body wash, lotion, conditioner, tea, instant coffee, sugar, and milk. Replenish these as needed. If your apartment has a dishwasher and you'd like to use it, just bring your own dishwasher tablets/powder along please!
Please note that most of our apartments are equipped with pay-as-you-go electricity and water meters. To ensure a comfortable stay, we've generously pre-loaded each unit with an average usage allowance for a small family.
For longer stays 7 Days+, you may need to purchase additional units for electricity or water. This allows us to promote responsible consumption and keep costs manageable for all guests & property owners.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
