The villa accommodates up to ten guests across five well-appointed bedrooms, each complemented by four en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is likewise furnished with a king-size bed. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the remaining bedrooms are each fitted with single beds. The en-suite bathrooms are thoughtfully designed, with some offering both a bath and shower, while others include a bath, shower, and toilet combination.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, toaster, fridge, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The open-plan living area incorporates a dining space and a comfortable lounge, creating a welcoming environment for shared meals and relaxed gatherings.

Outdoor living is well catered for, with a sunlit deck and a rim-flow swimming pool positioned to take full advantage of the ocean outlook. A covered patio with braai facilities allows for enjoyable outdoor dining throughout the day. The layout of the home encourages an easy transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, perfectly suited to relaxed coastal living.

This is strictly a family home; no parties or gatherings are allowed. Family groups are welcome.
Limit of two people per bedroom, except children under two.
No visitors are allowed. Overcrowding will cancel access.
Return the home in good condition. Ensure all windows and doors are closed to prevent animal entry. Damages and post-cleaning charges will apply if the home is left unsecured or untidy.
Homes are self-catering. Replenish supplies as needed.
Only licensed drivers over 18 may operate vehicles. Keep your license on hand.
No open fires or indoor smoking allowed.
Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor area. Improper smoking will result in cleaning charges.
Noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
All guest IDs, access forms and booking forms need to be completed and returned to the host 72 hours before arrival. Should these documents not be received in time, you will forfeit your booking and cancellation fees will apply.

If cancelling 360 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
