The house consists of four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The house is fully air conditioned – the main bedroom is en-suite with a Queen-size bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed with and Bedroom 3 is furnished with two twin beds. Bedroom 4 has Queen-size bed with bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. The large open plan kitchen / lounge / dining area is air conditioned and the kitchen is fully fitted with a microwave, fridge, separate chest deep freeze, etc. It is serviced on a daily basis, full DStv, Wi-Fi, private pool and BBQ area and within walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Your pets are always welcome!

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation on arrival or during the stay - the full payment due for the entire booking may be retained.
Cancellation 0 - 14 days before arrival, no show - the full deposit paid may be retained.
Cancellation 15 - 28 days before arrival - 75% (seventy five percent) of deposit or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
Cancellation 28 days or more before arrival - 50% (fifty percent) of deposit or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
