The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin.

The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, which can be converted into a king-size bed upon prior arrangement, and both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The second bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating, a four-seater dining table with chairs, and a flat-screen television, while uncapped Wi-Fi is also provided. Sliding doors lead from the living area onto a balcony furnished with outdoor seating and a gas braai.

Guests are allocated one covered carport parking bay, along with an additional uncovered parking space. The complex features a communal fenced swimming pool, subject to body corporate rules. An advanced backup power system, including an inverter, is in place to support the television, Wi-Fi, lighting, and selected appliances such as the refrigerator.
