40 Napier Street is a luxurious two bedroom cottage ideally located at the centre of De Waterkant village in Cape Town, with spectacular views of Table Mountain, the City and the Waterfront. Tastefully decorated this luxury cottage has air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The rear bedroom opens out onto the private terrace with solar heated swimming pool. The cottage has a fully fitted kitchen with open plan living and dining area that also opens out onto the terrace with a spiral staircase leading you to a roof deck with spectacular views of Table Mountain, the City and the Waterfront. The cottage is serviced six days a week with a light service on Sundays, except public holidays. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; Solar heated pool; Air-conditioned bedrooms; Roof deck with Table Mountain views. 40 Napier Street is cleaned/serviced six days a week with a light service on Sundays, with the exception of public holidays. All bed linen and towels are supplied and the kitchen is fully fitted. The property has satellite television, DVD, music systems, WiFi, and a manual wall safe.

An admin fee of R400 applies if you do cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival and this will be deducted from the deposit paid.

Late check-in fees apply if the check-in is outside of normal reception hours.

The refundable property security deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival by the main guest staying.

Please note the establishment requires the ID's of all guests to be provided prior to the check-in date.

The refundable breakage deposit is paid back within 7 working days after the check-out date.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome. Children do need to be supervised at all times. Properties with balconies, roof decks, pools and hot tubs are not child friendly.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
