39 Summersands is a two bedroom self catering apartment which can sleep up to four guests. Each bedroom has a King-size bed. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. One of the bathrooms has a bath and shower and the other has a shower over the bath. The open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen containing a stove, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is also a breakfast bar with three stools. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a TV with selected DStv channels. The living area opens onto to a balcony with an outdoor table and seating space for four guests.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
